People with low metabolism gain weight faster

Fact. Those people in the world that have a low metabolism will gain weight much easier. However, this does not mean that they are over weight. Many people who have a low metabolism know it and work hard to make sure that the weight they have stays off. 

Those with a higher metabolism may find that they are not as prone to weight gain, but there is still the chance that it will happen. Over eating just because you have a high metabolism is a recipe for disaster. Remember, your metabolism can change if you are not careful.

Myth. Many people believe that their bodies stop burning fat when they are asleep. Well that is simply not true. After all, you are not dead, just in a state of rest. You may not burn as much fat as you do when you are awake and moving but you still do burn it.
